These Terms govern https://novicao.com and purchases from Novicao, operated by Ningbo Jiuyue Daily Necessities Co., Ltd.（宁波玖悦日用品有限公司）. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund policies.
1. Who sells the products
We sell tissue boxes, holders, and related home accents. The operating company is based in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. Eligible U.S. orders ship from U.S. inventory through our fulfillment arrangements. The Newark, Delaware address is for customer mail and authorized returns.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent) and able to enter a binding contract. Checkout information must be accurate.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us about unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attack or overload it, scrape it harmfully, upload malware, impersonate others, or copy our product images or text for your own commercial catalog without permission.
5. Product information
Colors can vary slightly by screen and by batch. We may correct listing errors and cancel affected lines with a refund of amounts paid for canceled items.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before checkout is complete. Sales tax may apply based on the ship-to address. Payment is collected through methods shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel fraudulent or unfulfillable orders.
7. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. Confirmation email does not guarantee every line is in stock. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund that portion.
8. Shipping and returns
Shipping rules are in the Shipping Policy (contiguous U.S.; free standard shipping on orders $40+; U.S. inventory fulfillment for eligible orders). Return rules are in the Return & Refund Policy; approval is required before you ship an item back.
9. Intellectual property
Site content and branding belong to us or our licensors. Personal browsing is allowed; commercial reuse needs written consent.
10. User content
Reviews or photos you submit may be used to operate and promote the store. You confirm you have the rights to share them.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without extra implied warranties beyond what the law requires.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first to resolve disputes. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in Delaware are the venue for legal actions that proceed.
15. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.

We may post updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted.
