Service area
We deliver only to street addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states) and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, or other countries. Ineligible addresses may be canceled and refunded.

How U.S. orders are fulfilled
Eligible orders for the contiguous United States ship from U.S. inventory through our fulfillment arrangements in the United States. Standard transit after dispatch is often about 3–7 business days.

When we start packing
After payment clears, we usually prepare the order in 1–2 business days.
Same-day packing cutoff: 2:00 PM ET on business days, when stock allows. Later orders, weekends, and federal holidays roll to the next business day. Peak seasons may add time; we email if a delay is material.
Time on the road
After the first carrier scan, standard movement across the lower 48 is often about 3–7 business days. From payment to doorstep, many orders land in about 4–9 business days. Ranges are guides, not guarantees.
Tracking
You get a tracking link when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Public scans can lag several hours, sometimes up to a day.
How holders travel in the box
Tissue boxes and similar holders (including quilted or PU surfaces) are packed to limit scuffs and corner crush in normal parcel handling. If the outer carton is crushed or the product arrives warped, stained, or scratched in transit, photograph the packaging and the item before discarding anything, then email us.
Ship-to mistakes
Apartment and suite numbers must be complete. Problems from an address you typed are your responsibility. To fix an address, email service@novicao.com before packing locks.
Parcels returned for address failure may be reshipped (you may owe postage) or refunded for the product only.
Carrier loss
When the carrier confirms loss, email service@novicao.com with the order number. After we verify, we replace or refund as fits the case.
